(A) Single Bouquets and flower box

1. How delivery will be charged?
Delivery charge is subject to location. Please check our current delivery

2. Can I customize my order?
We will try to accommodate all special requests. Please contact our customer service advisor at XXXX XXXX or emailing us at XXXXXXX with the exact details of what flowers or gifts you would like to order. We will answer your request within 24 hours and assist you in placing your order should it be possible to fulfil.

3. Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation of order is accepted and all floral arrangements and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

4. Can I change my order after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it is in the process of preparation or delivery. For orders that have not yet been prepared, we may charge an additional fee based on the type of change. We are not able to refund any difference in price.

5. How do I care for my flowers?
Unwrap the stems of flowers, cut the ends of flowers at 45 angle, put it in a clean vase with water, refresh the water every 2 days.

6. Do you offer 24/7 customer service?
Please note that we do not offer 24 hour customer support. Our customer service hours are 9am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

7. Where does Traflora deliver to?
We deliver nationwide, which includes all districts of Hong Kong (not including some place in Hong Kong, for more details, please read our delivery policy.

8. Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?
Yes, we can deliver to business addresses and hospitals. However, it is very important that you provide full and accurate information about a recipient in hospital including full name, ward name/number and full hospital address to make sure the flowers reach the individual. You also need to check that the hospital allows flowers to be delivered. For business addresses, please ensure that you give us as much information as you can in the delivery instructions on our checkout page.

9. What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will attempt to call on the telephone number provided for the recipient's instructions. If that is not possible, we tell us the safe place to leave the flowers. If we are not successful, the flowers will be brought back to our shop, and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery

Please note that delivery service is not available in the following areas Outlying island, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland , Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ta Kwu Ling, Mai Po, Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse, Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and prohibited areas


(B) Flower subscription

1. What time and date will my flowers be delivered?
Choose which day of the week you’d like to receive your flowers. 10am-7pm
Once you have made your first order, we will deliver your flowers on the same weekday and at the same time period each month.
For bi-weekly orders, we will deliver your flowers on the first and third week of the month.
Please note that where a public holiday falls on your chosen delivery day, subscriptions will be sent out the following working day instead.

How much is the delivery?

2. What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please tell us the safe place to leave the flowers, such as your lobby reception

3. Will I be able to skip deliveries?
Sure, you just need to let us know at least 7 days before the delivery date, super easy just contact us at whatsapp for the changing.

4. Can I change my delivery date and address?
Sure, you just need to let us know at least 7 days before the delivery date, just whatsapp us is ok.
